Questions/Concerns about security and safety may be addressed with Officer Marter.

After a lengthy process, Chris Marter is officially Officer Marter of the Wyalusing Area School District Police Department. On September 20, 2023 we received the Official Court Order authorizing Chris as our police officer. 

Effective immediately, Officer Marter will begin carrying his service weapon, etc.

Officer Marter joined Wyalusing Area School District in March 2023. Prior to his time with our District, he served as a New York State Trooper for 21 years.
