Mrs. Carr graduated from Northeast Bradford in 2008 and went on to attend Broome Community College where she graduated with an Associates Degree in Business Marketing Management. She then continued her education at Mansfield University, where she obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
Prior to Laura joining the Wyalusing Area School District in 2019, she worked in Human Resources at Guthrie. She now serves our district as the Director of Human Resources & Buildings and Grounds. In her role, she has worked to streamline the employee hiring process and continues to manage the Maintenance and Custodial contract with ATS.
